About the event

Fly Your Flag is a 12-week program held every Monday for LGBTQIA+ middle and high school youth. Through the four pillars of Heart, Mind, Life, and Community, participants build confidence, strengthen mental well-being, develop life skills, and create meaningful connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This week's session, Communication & Confidence, helps participants strengthen healthy communication skills while building confidence in expressing their thoughts, feelings, and needs. Through interactive activities and group discussion, youth will practice active listening, use "I" statements, and learn strategies for communicating with confidence and respect.

This Week's Key Takeaway

Your voice matters, and you can speak up with confidence.
