About the event
Fly Your Flag is a 12-week program held every Monday for LGBTQIA+ middle and high school youth. Through the four pillars of Heart, Mind, Life, and Community, participants build confidence, strengthen mental well-being, develop life skills, and create meaningful connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This week's session, Coping with Anxiety & Stress, helps participants recognize common stressors and understand how anxiety and stress can affect their daily lives. Through hands-on activities and guided coping practices, youth will explore healthy strategies for managing stress and build a personalized toolkit of skills they can use when challenges arise.
This Week's Key Takeaway
You have tools to manage stress.
