About the event
Fly Your Flag is a 12-week program held every Monday for LGBTQIA+ middle and high school youth. Through the four pillars of Heart, Mind, Life, and Community, participants build confidence, strengthen mental well-being, develop life skills, and create meaningful connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This week's session, Healthy Relationships, explores the qualities of healthy and unhealthy relationships while helping participants understand the importance of respect, communication, and personal boundaries. Through interactive activities and group discussion, youth will explore how setting healthy boundaries can strengthen relationships and support their overall well-being.
This Week's Key Takeaway
You deserve respect, and boundaries are self-care.
