About the event

Fly Your Flag is a 12-week program held every Monday for LGBTQIA+ middle and high school youth. Through the four pillars of Heart, Mind, Life, and Community, participants build confidence, strengthen mental well-being, develop life skills, and create meaningful connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.

This week's session, Self-Care Basics, explores what self-care really means and why it's an important part of overall well-being. Participants will define self-care, discover healthy habits that fit their individual needs, and create a personalized self-care plan to support their mental health and everyday life.

This Week's Key Takeaway

Taking care of yourself helps you show up for your life.
