September’s theme is “Staying Alive & Speaking Out.” This group offers a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences and find encouragement from people who understand.
NAMI Connections is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with a mental health condition. Adults ages 18 and older are welcome, and no registration is required.
