December’s theme is “Hope for the Holidays.” This group offers a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and talk about caring for your mental health during the holiday season.
NAMI Connections is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with a mental health condition. Adults ages 18 and older are welcome, and no registration is required.
