NAMI Family Support Group
A free, peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. This month, we'll be buying a Panera baked good and drink for all attendees and talking about how we can share hope during the holiday season!

About the event
NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. This month, we'll spend part of our group talking about how we can share hope during the holiday season! We will also be enjoying a Panera drink and baked good, which will be purchased by NAMI for anyone who attends our group.
NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need.
