About the event

Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or somewhere in between, we’re so glad you’re here. Our Perinatal Support Group, Rooted in Motherhood, is a space created just for you—a place of connection, comfort, and care during this powerful season of life.

Our group is here to remind you that it’s okay to be deeply rooted in your role as a mother and in caring for your mental health. You deserve support, understanding, and space to grow—and you are not alone.

Rooted in Motherhood offers a warm, judgment-free space to connect, share, and receive the resources you need. Our care Navigator, Megan, is here to walk alongside you - whether you need emotional support, help finding services like childcare or transportation, or just someone to talk to.

Questions? Contact Megan by calling 419-522-6264, ext. 2 or emailing Megan@NAMIrc.org.
