About Our Adult Support Groups

NAMI support groups are free, peer-led, and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees. NAMI groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need.

Our groups are confidential and designed for adults (18+) who have a mental health condition or have a loved one with a mental health condition. No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed and you don't have to register ahead of time - just show up! Read on to learn more!
