NAMI Richland County's Virtual Family Support Group is a free, confidential, peer-led support group for adults (18+) who have a loved one experiencing a mental health condition.
Whether you're seeking encouragement, understanding, or insight, this group provides a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Participants have the opportunity to share challenges, celebrate successes, and gain support from people who truly understand.
No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed. No registration is required, and all are welcome to join.
