About the event

North Central State College, in partnership with NAMI On Campus, is bringing the Certified Peer Educator (CPE) training from NASPA to campus. This engaging eight-module program prepares students to become confident leaders in wellness and mental health advocacy. Participants will develop practical skills in peer support, active listening, connecting others to campus resources, promoting healthy behaviors, and building a culture of care across the college community.

Students who complete the full training will earn certification as a Wellness Ambassador, gaining nationally recognized credentials and meaningful leadership experience that strengthens resumes and future career opportunities. Lunch is provided, and space is limited. Open to NCSC students ages 18 and older.

Registration is now open and will close on March 15: https://qualtricsxmlf8h97kp3.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1KTikZPVWLUOYLQ
