Aubrie Hall

Executive Director

Aubrie Hall is the Executive Director of NAMI Richland County. She graduated with her bachelor’s from OSU in 2010 and completed her Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2021.

Before working with NAMI, Aubrie previously served as a victim's advocate and Director of Victim's Services with the Richland County Prosecuting Attorney's office. Aubrie has helped many individuals navigate their way through the Richland County court system and provided resources to assist victims in recovery. Upon leaving the Prosecuting Attorney's office, Aubrie set to work and helped develop the Youth Sexual Assault Program and Support Group at Safe Haven's Rape Crisis and Domestic Violence Shelter in Ashland, Ohio. The support group offered peer to peer coaching, art therapy, and equestrienne therapy trips. Prior to joining NAMI, Aubrie worked at OhioHealth Mansfield and Shelby Hospitals where she assisted in large scale project management, physician and leadership coaching, and patient centered process improvement.

Beyond these core programs, Alexie manages special projects, including the NAMI Girl Scouts Partnership, the Dewald Mental Wellness Program, PTSD in Youth, and OSU Care Navigation. She oversees youth volunteer engagement, represents NAMI at health and career fairs, supports the development of the NAMI Youth After School Program, and helps connect youth and families with local mental health resources.

During her time at Kent State, she volunteered as a crisis helpline representative and is fully certified as a 988 Lifeline specialist. Today, she proudly leads these NAMI programs full-time, working to expand mental health education, reduce stigma, and foster supportive communities for youth.
